Main components

It is mainly composed of hermetic refrigeration compressor, horizontal shell and tube type condenser, evaporator, air filter, expansion valve, expansion valve, capacity regulating valve, centrifugal fan, electric heater (cooling unit without this), dry filter, pipeline and valves, other control elements, instrument panel, electric control unit, all parts are installed in a casing.

Function

The main function of marine all fresh air self-contained AC units is to conduct cooling and dehumidification in summer, heating in winter and ventilation in middle seasons.

Advantages

Marine self-contained AC unit sets all functional components in one; it has the advantages of convenient and simple operation, compact structure, stable performance, low energy consumption, low noise, shock and swing resistance, convenient maintenance etc. The design, manufacture, delivery of AC unit is conducted according to the standard of classification societies (such as “CCS”，“ABS”，“NK”，“DNV”) and  "navy", and it can be manufactured according to customer's actual demands.

● cooling capacity：2.32～23.26kW

● heating capacity：1.2kW～12kW

● air flow：400～4000m3/h

● Refrigerant: standard equip R404A, R134a、R407C and some other refrigerant can be selected

● Power supply: standard equip AC 3PH 380V/50Hz, AC 3PH 440V/60Hz, other power source can be selected if it is needed: AC 3PH 415V/50Hz, AC 3PH 460V/60Hz, AC 3PH 480V/60Hz, AC 3PH 690V/60Hz.

● Compressor: screw type or piston type, standard equip Copeland compressor, Danfoss, Taikang and other brands also can be selected.

● The number of compressor: single

● Cooling method: water cooled (fresh water/ seawater)

● Marine shell and tube type condenser: efficient anti-corrosion radiating tube, material can adopt HAL77-2、B10、B30; clad tube sheet: copper end cover or iron end cover.

● Protection function: high pressure, low pressure, electric heating overheat protection (cooling unit without this), low water pressure (water volume), lack phase, anti-phase, overvoltage, lack voltage, overload protection.

● Control elements: adopt the control valves and pressure switches of domestic and overseas famous brands

● Control method: manual control
