● Shell: The fan shell is a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The snail shell can better collect the fluid with a certain velocity flowing out of the impeller, convert it into pressure energy, and discharge it.

● Air inlet: The air inlet of the ventilation fan is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, namely a Laval nozzle shape, which is installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axis is curved, which can allow gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

● Impeller: The CLQ impeller is a forward multi wing design, consisting of 32 or 64 forward leaning blades riveted between a flat plate cover and a flat plate disc. It has high pressure and flow coefficients, and undergoes strict dynamic balancing and overspeed testing,.

● Marine electric motor: It has good moisture resistance, mold resistance, and salt spray resistance, and is characterized by smooth operation and low noise. The windings and metal parts of marine electric motors are specially impregnated and treated according to the requirements of wet tropical motors, and have good moisture resistance, mold resistance, and salt spray resistance. The surface of the base of marine electric motors has axial heat dissipation ribs, which can increase the cooling effect. Marine electric motors can be equipped with space heaters as required.

   Marine electric motors can be selected from domestic brands such as Texas Hengli, Jiangsu Dazhong, and Far East according to requirements, as well as imported brands such as ABB, Siemens, and BAIC.
