Components
Portable hydraulic drive fan with smoke prevention and dust control is composed of turbine, transmission group, fan impeller, Venturi tube, and positive pressure mist cooling device, antistatic sir duct, electrostatic grounding cord clamp, turbine transmission group and fan impeller are connected directly.
Function
The main function of hydraulic fan is to exhaust hazardous gas or high temperature flue gas to atmosphere in power-loss condition when clearing hazardous area or fighting fire.
Hydraulic fan is high speed fan, it adopts high speed water turbine as drive, fire pump provides the water source, water inlet pressure is 0.2~1.35MPa, the air flow changes according to different water pressure; fan can be used in all kinds of explosive atmosphere.
Advantages
Hydraulic fan adopts turbine to drive, the large turbine transmission coefficient improves the air flow and pressure, the air flow and pressure is improved greatly. At the same time, hydraulic fan size is small, weight is light, structure is new, it is more portable.

● Impeller is wing type blades made of cast aluminum alloy
● Water turbine driven: high pressure fire fighting water enters into nozzle holder from inlet pipe, high pressure water generates jet flow by nozzle, and drives water turbine to rotate in a certain angle.
● Fan casing, impeller is made of cast aluminium, water turbine, nozzle holder adopt polyacetal, water turbine, bearing seat are arranged in fan casing.
● It adopts positive pressure mist cooling device, inject water into unit and generates cooling spray, this can form barrier strip to hot flue gas and get rid of smoke particles.
● It adopts Venturi tube to change air duct section area, thus change the medium speed in passageway, and increase air speed;
● Barrel is connected to electrostatic grounding cord clamp, this can eliminate static electricity safely, ensure the safe operation.
