Main components
It is mainly composed of compress-condensing unit (refrigeration compressor, horizontal shell and tube type condenser and control components), air handling unit (fin type evaporator, heater and humidifier), air supply section (centrifugal fan and marine motor), mixing and filtering section (mixing box, fresh air regulation valve, air filter), electric control unit. The structure is frame structure, suction type; all parts are installed on a base.
Product function
The main function of marine AHU is to conduct cooling and dehumidification in summer, conduct heating in winter and ventilation in middle seasons. This AHU completes all heat and humidity exchange in plant, the treated air is delivered to each cabin through air duct, terminal units.

● Compressor: piston type or screw type (open type or semi-hermetic type), standard equip Bitzer compressor, BOCK、Carrier and other brands also can be selected.
● The number of compressor: single or multiple
● Single refrigerating circuit can be adopted, double refrigerating circuit also can be selected, the unit equips two independent refrigerating circuits, and each system equips one compressor. When one of the refrigerating circuits is running, the other one can be used as standby.
● Capacity regulation: multistage
● Cooling method: water cooled (fresh water/ sea water).
● Marine shell and tube type condenser: efficient anti-corrosion radiating tube, material can adopt HAL77-2、B10、B30; clad tube sheet: copper end cover or iron end cover.
● Replaceable filter element type dry filter, washable/ replaceable air filter.
● Fresh air preheating unit, auxiliary electrical heater and cold air prevention device can be set according to requirements
● Protection function: high pressure, low pressure, oil pressure (oil level), low water pressure (water volume), lack phase, overheat, overload.
● Control elements: adopt the control valves and pressure switches of domestic and overseas famous brands
● Control method: manual control or automatic control.
