The hydraulic flat plate quick freezing device consists of a flat plate quick freezing device, hydraulic device, periphery, and valve group (including solenoid valve, electronic expansion valve, globe valve, etc.). The hydraulic flat freezing device is assembled on a base, which greatly reduces the installation workload and space occupation on the ship, and is also convenient to operate. The quick freezing device has high automation level, large refrigeration capacity, large amount of frozen food, fast freezing speed, compact structure, and occupies less space; The high degree of automation in electrical control configuration is conducive to reducing the labor intensity of operators and saving operating energy consumption, thereby reducing operating costs.
